The Aikido Basics – a History Lesson

Aikido is one of the oldest form of martial arts. Founded by Morihei Ueshiba, aikido came about through the study of various types of traditional martial arts. American Soul: The DuSable Museum of African-American History

Founded in 1961, the DuSable is one of the first African-American museums in the country.
