Carter In The Clutch

March 28th, 2012 Posted in Art History

We went deep into the NBA video archives and put together this compilation showcasing some of Vince Carter’s most clutch NBA moments. But what defines clutch? There are a lot of interpretations out there but for this video, we went with these guidelines: • Under 24 seconds left in the 4th Quarter/OT • One possession game at the time of the shot – And that goes both ways: VC’s team can be up by 2 or 3 points and his team can be down by 2 or 3 points. Something to keep in mind is that we did not include all the clutch free throws Carter has hit throughout his career with under 24 seconds left. And a lot of great shots missed the cut due to the fact that they happened with 24 seconds or more left on the clock. Vince Carter will go down in NBA history as one of the most clutch players ever to lace ‘em up. And after watching this video, you will definitely see why. NOTE: This video contains shots from games though the 09-10 regular season.
